One on One: Cost $70.00
One on One private instruction with Coach Pinto is a full hour of individualized
skill work with your daughter! Individualized lessons are the perfect way to start your lacrosse career, fine tune your skills or even just stay sharp over the off season! With specific drills, Coach Pinto will spend an hour with your daughter focusing on their needs to be a confident lacrosse player.
Some skill work for Attack, Midfield and Defense work includes:
-Hand placement on stick – Rules-Dodging -Throwing/Passing -Speed and Agility – Switching hands -Catching – Endurance – Confidence – Cradling – Shooting – Footwork – Ground Balls – Checking-Field Positioning
Buddy Lessons: Cost $50.00
Buddy lessons are private instruction with two players
for a full hour with Coach Pinto. Often times, players like to bring their friends, siblings or teammates with them to lessons! This option is a great way for players to focus on gameplay aspects while still getting individualized skill work in with a buddy of their choosing!
Buddy Lessons are great for:
-Game Play Situations – Dodging – Attack vs. Defense – Passing (Throwing/Catching with a teammate) – Covering
-Transitioning – Carrying the ball under pressure – Applying pressure – Checking – 50/50 Ground Balls-Draws -Shooting
Group Lessons: Cost $40.00
Group lessons with Coach Pinto are offered for groups of three or more players for a full hour! This is a great option for teammates of any position who want a little extra skill work! Group lessons are uniquely designed to teach players game play situations and LAX IQ while still in a small group with individualized attention!
